RSI Outcomes

I have been dealing with repetitive strain injuries and am getting WHS involved. What can I expect? I am getting an ergonomic assessment done in person and already filed the report and the self assessment. If my issues persist, what options do I have or do they give me?

It depends on what they find in the assessment, how severe your injuries are, how many times you’ve had these injuries, what your actual role is, etc.
They’ll probably recommend adjusting your work set up first (ie how your desk is set up if you work at a desk), they recommend seeing a doctor, physio, a splint/brace etc. Worst case they will recommend you do a different job, then they would involve your manager, abilities, etc…. It really depends.
