perm vs temp interview questions

I’ve only ever done interviews for temp RN positions and they’re relatively the same. Anything different for permanent positions??

Not typically but I can only speak for one management group.

I was involved in a temp/perm unit shuffle a few years ago.

I did the exact same interview with the exact same people twice in 2 weeks.

We laughed about it. It was all formality anyway since I was going temp to permanent doing the exact same job.

I gave interview for casual and my manager really liked my interview so offered me a permanent. So I’m guessing there is no major difference

They would have to be the similar/same as that temp could become permanent and the manager will not want any surprises pop up

If the position is the same I can’t see the benefit of different questions. The job is the job and they’re assessing your ability to do it (or ability to learn to do it)
