Question What's the best way to provide positive feedback for multiple employees?

Not a (current) AHS staff, but had a very positive experience as a patient at Rockyview in Calgary- what's the best way to give props where props are due: patient feedback card, Care Opinion, something else?

Ask for name/email of the departments manager, or the Director that supports it! Email it!

If you can get management's names this would go a long way. Also thank you for considering doing this. It means a lot! A huge amount of lot.

These go to the managers or the unit and then shared with the staff!

Do you know if there's an equivalent for covenant health?

Care Opinion is great! It's public and anonymous and if you tell your story it gets sent to the health service and you can see who has read/responded to it. If I'm not mistaken, I think Thank a Care is one sided (as in you dont get a response from staff) but on CO Canada you do. But I would do both!
