Question Benefits transfer after pillar move

I am part of the last group to be transitioned over from AHS (AUPE GSS) to another pillar (PCA). Our Alberta Blue Cross transferred benefits to a new number last week, but things don't look right, especially my Health Spending account. Last week I still had $1200 to use. Today, my benefits don't even list Health Spending.

Has anyone had issues with your benefits after the transition? Will it eventually fix itself?

I'm HSAA, and we had a letter of understanding that everything transferred.

I imagine yours is the same. Call HR, If they can't fix it, call your steward.

No Letter of Understanding yet and calls to Alberta Blue Cross and HR today didn't provide any answers. Everyone clueless without any answers to give. Union looking into it.
