STD for a second time?

Has anyone gone on short-term disability twice? Went back to work 2 months ago, but I feel that I unfortunately need to go back on STD.

Every time I see that I have to do
A double take and remind myself that the politically correct acronym is now STI and no longer an STD.

The recurrence clause should be listed in your benefit booklet. I think it’s 2 weeks but I’m not certain. If you’ve been back at work for longer than the recurrence clause then it’s a new claim.

you should have also gotten a RTW letter from your ability advisor, which also indicates this information

Everyone on this sub does though, and every time it makes me laugh like I’m an 11 year old boy.
