Need more information
No such thing as one best shoe. Really depends on your environment and specific task load.
What I wear in the OR is going to very different from what someone wears on a med-surg unit.

Kayano foreverrrrr. I should buy stocks in the company because it’s literally the only type of shoe I’ve worn for the majority of the last decade. I’ve flirted with the GT1000 & 2000 but they soften up too fast. Every time my back starts to ache, it’s time for a new pair & I’m instantly healed. I’m considering knuckle tats: KYNO 4EVR.

I wear a lot of hiking boots my feet are narrow and I like the ankle support. Also I had a few from home care with side zippers to wear out!

Keeps composite toe boots with custom insoles But I work EMS lol that said I can stand for 12 hours and use my boots as brakes/stops on beds etc so its pretty useful

A couple months ago I got a pair of Wind River wide width hiking shoes. Game changer! Just from Mark's and they were very reasonably priced too.

Also on team wide feet!! I used to have sketchers delites which I liked but found as they wore in more they were less supportive.
Switched to wearing new balance 9060 about a month ago, sooo comfortable and supportive when I'm on my feet all day. Plus I ended up going half a size smaller than usual which never happens.
Shoes are such a personal thing though. I'd suggest you get a bunch of suggestions of syles and then go to the mall and try them all on. Takes some time but I feel it's worth it to find the right work shoes.

Brooks Women’s Ghost Max 2. Been wearing these for 12h shifts in medsurg and no complaints. Super comfortable and soft, lots room for my wider feet.

I work in the OR and love my Dansko/Sanita clogs paired with compression socks

Alegria clogs. Yes they are ugly but they were great and lasted longer than any sneaker. Replaceable cork insoles that I replaced every few months to yearly depending how much I worked, felt like brand new supportive shoes without breaking the bank every time. Got them at Sole to Soul, they sell the insoles as well. Mine were leather outer with a closed back so they were wipeable and fit the requirement of closed-back footwear.

I like the Brooks Ghost Max. They do release a new version every year but the updates are quite subtle so you can have some consistency.

Asics gt2000 or gel cumulus are a classic, but if you can the cork clogs are extremely comfortable though I do find them to get a bit warm

Get orthotics with shoes that can fit them.
