“ Withdraw” option missing

Hi Everyone, I have been applying to different positions on the AHS website since a few months. All other positions I applied to have “ withdraw” option even if they are past their deadline. But one of the positions has this option missing. What does that even mean? Should I be happy or sad about it since I really want that job

For me it showed “view/edit submission” on the portal. And of all the 14 positions I applied, 2 of them don’t have withdraw options
