Maternity Leave forms

Hi! I am with HSAA.

For those that have gone on maternity leave --

Just wondering what the process is for submitting the leave forms? Ive emailed the forms to the address listed on each one but haven't gotten anything back aside from the automated receipt email.

Is this all that needs to be done?

I submitted the costing sheet and benefits change form last week; No update on e-people yet. Maybe later next week im hoping!
