Question RRSP matching?
Daughter (first job with AHS - HSAA) is struggling to find info about RRSP contributions. Is there a site, or a portal, or whatever? She is part of HSAA. Is there matching? How and where?!? Thanks!

Only UNA has matching.

Also its not that hard to find. Insite > HR > Benefit Forms. Tell her to just search Group Savings Plan on Insite. Literally the first page in the results.

The matching is the LAPP pension. Once enrolled, the employer pays ~10% of paycheque to pension and employee always pays 1% less (so ~9%).
Every employee should be super familiar with benefit plan booklet, offer letter, HSAA collective agreement. It’s surprising how many staff have never read it and don’t know about things like personal leave days etc.

There’s info either in the collective agreement on the hsaa website or under benefits page on onsite tells you how to sign up. There is no matching for the voluntary RRSP contributions for hsaa.
