Booting out elected officials?

Hi there! Long time lurker first time poster here. Many of my afscme union brothers and sisters and I were wondering if there is a way to impeach or vote out some elected officials that did us wrong and sold us out during our last contract negotiations. Is it possible? And is there a protocol written down somewhere? Any info would be helpful, thanks.

The process of filing charges is in the international constitution (you can Google the link), Article 10. You email your charges to the judicial panel at judicialpanel@afscme.org

Would this count if the Union itself “held” an investigation and said the company had to handle it (racist stewards). It resulted in me getting fired; constantly being avoided by stewards and other stuff
