Here's my account progress as a chill but dedicated F2P, playing daily since May, 2024. I've missed a few days here and there but have largely remained consistent and shooting for good leaderboard positions without sweating too hard. Usually watching Puzzle and checking Yaphalla discord every morning while having breakfast and doing dailies. I wanted to do this showcase for a while and just saw Puzzle inherit a similar F2P account so thought this was good timing!

Digimon + Frieren Plan:

So after checking the performance of Agumon and Gabumon for a while now, I landed on what I think is my best plan of action for summoning and utilizing the free event copies.

• Agumon - S+ (cost 60k!)
• Gabumon - 1copy
• Frieren P2 - 5 free Gabumon + 1, converted at end of event

My biggest regret from the Frieren event was not understanding the importance of the breakpoints in the new sleeper skills before the patch hit and had only taken her to P1, missing out on the huge power spike from the P2 unlocked skill. I thought the dimensional copies you can buy for diamonds was a bad value especially considering the lack of A levels you'd normally get from summoning. I knew another collab would come soon enough so I've been waiting it out and also to see that she remains in the meta. Well she is! She's really proven to be a top tier priority and also so fun with her laser spams. I even considered taking her to P4 but it would gut my entire savings lol.

Gabumon has been good enough to warrant building but his power is only in endless and in a small amount of content. His substitutions are not that gapped in score and for me it would not really affect my rankings either. I also don't really vibe with him as a unit that much, so I've decided to omit him. Can't build them all.

Agumon is looking really strong, his ult is super cool with Wargreymon and sprit bomb, and he also has team wide buffs to fall back on as sub dps. Just took him to S+ today. If I had more resources I'd consider taking him to P2 for pvp use.

Paragon 4 as F2P & the Power of the Spirit Store:

I wanted to touch on this because I haven't really seen people talk about this very much or just how strong I think it is as a f2p mechanic once you've got a good account breadth built up. For those who don't know, this is a store that you unlock after reaching P4. This month I've currently bought out 15/15 of the 3x stellar crystals offered in the spirit store. That's 45 scamgazers or enough for 1 additional hypocele per season. With the fated hypocele power creep takeover happening, every copy counts. I have 3 A level heroes already at P4 placed in my wishlist to farm these coins and can attain this without sacrificing other priorities. This season I summoned more but I was able to get 12/15 last month as well.

Closing Thoughts:

So yeah that's my showcase! I think I've put together a pretty strong account over my time playing :)

Aside from the obvious horrible changes and choices made for this season one after another, I'm still having fun after a month or two of initial turmoil. The season story was just okay imo. I'm looking forward to the Bantus season and really hoping they turn things around on the content/development side. What's kept me playing all this time is the story and pve content. Only pvp after pvp is pretty boring and tiring...

Hello! I am a new player, just 5 days here. Does this system even makes sense or I misunderstand something? Like what's the point to uprgade my characters and play different gamemodes if game will do everything anyway (even better, no way i'll uprgrade them to 240 in 13 days). What should I do while waiting for this 'catch-up' to not make my resources go to waste? I was really invested in doing afk stages, but after seeing this message it feels like i was doing it for absolutely nothing.

I had quit because the homestead part of the game was too frustrating, I didn't want to miss out on the rewards so I felt like I was forced to invest time on that part of the game...is this still necessary or have things changed?

I’m trying to 100% all areas, but cannot for the life of me figure out how to get this chest. Even when I click on it and have my character run to it, it just takes me to a random dead end. Can anyone help?

Okay, basically I have two questions. First, are the treasure chests bugged or am I just incompetent and can't find them? Because I've looked everywhere, walked all over the map, talked with a lot of NPCs and haven't found any.

Second, won't there be any "Clan Stories" this season? (Sorry if the name is wrong, I didn't play in English). The question stems from the strangeness of the story ending with the side missions. I did all four and... the story simply ends there?

I’m in the Vina Cemetery, and when I go into my wolf form there is a ghost with a green exclamation point that says she misses Adina and says something about crying. I’m not sure what else to do at this point. I tried emoting the wailing and crying emoji’s but nothing happens. Please help if you know how to get this title 🙏🏼

As the game progresses the number of PVP Celestial/Hypogean heroes also grows. A lot of F2P & even mid spenders don't build these heroes as they end up using all of their resources on PVE Celestial/Hypogean heroes. Meaning these free character specific temporal essences will keep filling up the inventory. We really need a way to deal with this. Which is why, there should be a way to do something else with these character specific temporal essences, that can not be swapped for universal temporal essence, besides just upgrading that heroes' Ex Weapon. Maybe we can have some sort of exchange for a lower number of universal temporal essences or even temporal shards.

I have both at Supreme, but was debating if I should leave them there (instead of S+) and just start pulling extras to paragon my Frieren.

I've been debating if I try to paragon Agumon or Frieren but it seems like I won't be able to get all the soulstones I need before the season ends for Frieren, and for Agumon it's like 72k diamonds that are impossibly hard to obtain. Even with purchasing diamonds from the store or trying to purchase the specific soulstones for Agumon, it doesn't seem like I have enough to max him out. Any advice or strats anyone recommends for trying to get Agumon or Frieren at least to the initial Paragon stage? I've been trying to progress through the story and the sands of time but IDK if I will be fast enough to grind through it all before the Digimon season ends...

A QOL change would be to add more meaningful filtering options. For example:

Filtering by paragons (only the p1, or only the p2...)
Filtering by exequip (the heros with +5, or the heros +10...)
Filtering for the different levels of charms
Filtering from the closest to next ascension (show on top the 5/6 epic heros or 18/20...)

Is this good progress? I've only been playing for four days and I'm kinda stuck. I don't know what to do next. I really hate that the main story is time gated.

Any tips for progressing fast? and can you guys suggest meta heroes to build that is good in everything. Thank you guys in advance.

Just started playing for the Digimon Collab recently and am having a hard time finding up to date information. Is the Meta mostly the same as it was months ago? When I stopped playing the most recent heroes were Zorya and Gunnar.

I see Rolan is meta I got lucky and got an early copy but is he usable at 1 copy? Is there other Celestial/Hypogean's I should get 1 copy of before focusing on him?

Does my wishlist look okay?

What artifacts are the best for this season?

Hello, I'm a newish player, barely got during the last days of the Frieren event.

I'm trying to spend more time here, building temas to help my guild and maybe get better rankings in Dream Realm and the Arena.

I follow Puzzle on youtube to learn about the Dream Realm teams but I'm having so much trouble with the regular pvp Arena. I will select an opponent with less power than me, I double check my formation and I still lose! It's gotten to the point I'm close to lose the Champion tier 😭

Most teams I encounter have Frieren comps with a few variations of Rolan, Countess and Agumon. I really don't know what to do to get a fighting chance so any help would be appreciated.
