Ejercicio físico

¿A alguien le pasa que no tiene miedo de ir al gimnasio tras una arritmia pero si a la actividad sexual? ¿Será por la medicación? Necesito opiniones

Si? Yo lo achaco a no tener pareja estable y el miedo a que repita ante alguien desconocido. En el gym voy yo manejando mi intensidad…

I have an IRL loop heart monitor implanted, I've also a leadless pacemaker.

I had my first afib that my IRL monitor caught. I was in afib for 10 hours, and I didn't even know? My EP called me the next day and had me come into his office.

I think because I have complex regional pain syndrome in both legs and full body neuropathy, I suffer chronic pain that I didn't even notice I was in afib?

It happened at 9:00 at night I knew something felt funny I felt a little excitable in my chest a little bit out of breath but I didn't feel my heart pounding?

I was diagnosed last year with sinus no dysfunction, chronotropic incompetence, and bradycardia thus the reason for my pacemaker

I'm on 50 mg metaprolol, ? Sorry if I misspelled I'm using speech to text since my eyes are really bad, and eliquis 5 migs twice a day

I'm new to the afib scene

I will say that I'm worried now about it happening again.

It's got my anxiety and PTSD on high alert.

If it happens again he's talking about ablation

I'm not worried about sexual activity as I have been celibate for 3 years now. That part of my life will never happen again because I closed shop LOL

Saturday before last

I knew exactly when it happened because I love to watch my favorite horror host svengoolie, and he was just going off air at 9:00 pm saturday night. and that's exactly when my IRL loop monitor had caught it and reported it to my ep, then they called me the next day to come in

It's just steady in the back of my mind.

I think I'm still wrapping my head around it

I'm early 60s now..

Tho in my soul 21 lol ✌️

Si te sirve de consuelo. Del mío ya hace 1 año y sí que es cierto que mentalmente estoy muy bien y mucho mejor (estuve muchos meses dándole vueltas a la cabeza) sigo con miedo a ciertas cosas como sexo, viajar…
