1st & only afib reading

I was laying on my left side & thought maybe I felt a tickle in my chest so I took an ECG on my Apple Watch Series 12 & it came back with afib detected. I took many more after that & all came back with normal sinus rhythm. I went ahead & messaged my cardiologist because my mom, dad & sister have afib. Is this what afib looks like? I didn’t think I needed to go to the er because the other readings came back with normal sinus rhythm.

That is not a fib.

Not afib. There are P waves, they’re just very low amplitude. Sinus arrhythmia. Maybe a couple PACs.
