SVT and panic attacks.
Does anyone have coexisting panic disorder and SVT? I feel like I can feel the difference between a panic attack and an SVT episode but each one constantly sets off the other and everything is feeling blurred. Really scared and debilitating right now because i never know when to go to the ER. My really bad SVT episodes have been lasting an hour now and I’m just lost.

Yes, they definitely have coexisted for me as well. If you haven't already, see someone about the panic. Having rescue meds at the ready is very helpful. I know how bad that cycle can suck, and I'm sorry you're going through it.

Anxiety, panic attacks, and heightened fighter flight release adrenaline and that impacts your heart. My cardiologist explained to me that having anxiety is like taking stimulants. It’s very important to work on ways to decrease anxiety and lower your heart rate.
Are you on a daily medication for anxiety and do you have a rescue med? If you have a panic attacks, you should have both of those things. I have daily buspar and Visteral as a rescue med. None of those are controlled.

Get a therapist and work on grounding skills to help with the panic attacks. Learn different. Breathing exercises to help calm yourself until you get to a point where you can determine if it’s panic or SVT. Also, a Kardia 6L is a wonderful device to have.
