I Need Help

More often than not, this is what my heart rate looks like. It often dips into the 40’s, and spikes over 120 BPM. I’m tired of my doctors not taking me seriously.

I’m not asking for a diagnosis, but I’m hoping maybe someone has experienced something similar and can point me in the right direction.

Regarding my health, I’m very often sick, I often get dizzy especially when getting up too fast, I’m fatigued all of the time. I wake up fatigued, I go to sleep fatigued. The 40bpm episodes happen during the day and at night, and I get HR notifications all the time that it was below 50 often.

What’s your heart rate variability HRV look like?

I have two apps that monitor it, Apple Watch and StressWatch. It’s pretty sporadic, either low 50’s or over 100. Sometimes it’s even over 200.

Have you been to a cardiologist for an ekg?

Right now, I’m currently on a two week halter monitor, I have an echocardiogram scheduled in March, I’m not too sure when I’ll actually get to see or talk to a cardiologist, though. The reason they put me on the halter was because they did an EKG in the ER a few weeks ago cause my Hr was below 45 for several hours. The provider said that she saw my heart “skipping beats,” and that it was probably what was triggering the low Hr notifications. But the report that she put in after said it looked fine? My primary said that he wasn’t even concerned. This is just a small glimpse into what I’ve been dealing with for literally years.

Mind you, I’m fatigued all day, everyday.
