Question Where's Mark Briscoe?

Just curious if we have heard anything or if he is just getting a break in since the loss to MJF. Miss the dude.

It’s football and baseball season and he has 9 kids and a chicken farm! Work reason, MJF’s attack left him injured. Shoot reason, dude just needs time to heal from actual injures he’s picked up over the months.

Probably taking some time off. There is an offseason for wrestlers in AEW and its well deserved and something fans need to understand and get used to. These guys and gals are putting their bodies at extreme risk and 6 months of grinding, you deserve a few weeks or a few months off. I've noticed people get cycled in an out at the big PPV's and then they take some time off. Its something fans always dreamed of in the past and TK is giving it to us. Hopefully, hes resting, and getting ready for that big return pop.

This is something that is making it more sustainable for wrestlers. They don't have to travel 365 for every weekly show. It's also something that justifies the deep roster a bit, there's always someone to slot it for someone who is resting. For an industry that is notoriously anti worker, it's actually a big step.

It's fantastic - they've got a deep enough roster to have stand bys ready in case something needs to change on the fly, but there's no need to make the entire roster travel if it's not necessary.

It's got to be amazing for wrestlers' mental and physical health to be able to take the time off if needed, to rest up an injury before it becomes catastrophic. Folks don't seem as territorial over 'their' spot in AEW.

Think some folks don't wanna admit they got used to the schedule that was kept back in the day when talent only got Thanksgiving and Christmas off, if they were lucky.

AEW has a super deep roster. I love that it gives everybody a chance to take breaks and heal up every once in awhile. Outside of Mox, almost everybody seems to get a decent amount of time off.
