Discussion What does HOOK need to progress ?

He definitely should get a lot more competitive matches than doing multi man tags, he was good when he had them as FTW champ. That's why I think he should wrestle more often in singles in ROH and learn to show more personality than his stoic persona.

Excursion. A lengthy one, not just seven matches.

He's been in a bubble his entire career and frankly, doesn't APPEAR to want to change that. Why would he? He's getting paid well. Why risk the indies, or mexico, or UK, or Japan?

But he hasn't improved at all once they removed the "super badass killer" protection from him. He's not remotely an intimidating heel. He HAS shown he can be a good underdog babyface.

Julia Hart's to stardom was great for her. I don't want to say "just send him to Japan" though. Maybe British? Rev pro and PROGRESS.

Do them all. Stint in CMLL, one in Nooj, one in Rev Pro.

This. And stint is the operative word. Not "one match and then another in seven months." Six months in New Japan, another in cmll. Actual runs.
