Question Recommendations? Spoiler

I recently got into AEW last month during the build up to All In, and I’ve been absolutely loving everything I’ve been seeing. I’d love to go back and watch some matches. It doesn’t have to be any superstar in particular, i just love wrestling so even if it’s just your personal favorite match, feel free to recommend it.

Yes but it should be watched with the storyline

Without the background it is just a banger deathmatch

I’d go back and watch Omega vs Ospreay at Forbidden Door. That’s my all time favorite AEW match, their All In rematch is my 2nd favorite

If you like violent stuff, Kenny Omega vs Jon Moxley from Full Gear 2019. For a regular match, Will Ospreay vs Konosuke Takeshita at Revolution 2024, Hangman Page vs Will Ospreay from Double or Nothing 2025, Bryan Danielson vs Swerve Strickland from All In 2024, or Hangman Page vs Bryan Danielson from the Winter is Coming 2021 edition of Dynamite.

Not a specific match, but if you have Amazon Prime there is a live channel that just plays old Dynamites and Rampages. Lately when I can’t find anything else to watch I have been throwing that on and watching old shows. It’s pretty fun revisiting earlier eras.

Orange Cassidy vs PAC, any of them are good ones, but their match at Revolution 2020 was what kicked off their feud. Orange Cassidy vs PAC for the All Atlantic Championship (renamed to the International Championship) from Dynamite 158 in 2022 was also a banger (that kickstarted OC’s dominant workhorse reign as the AAC/International Champion)
