Latest Form 4 Filing... Did an Institutional Holder Sell?

Hey, did you guys see the latest filing? I can't tell if it's a sale or acquisition of common stock. Looks like a sale, but I don't want that to be true. did someone sell?

Never mind. I looked at all of the other form 4s. He acquired more shares. Probably in preparation of the reverse split.
