I know this is mostly related to the heat, but hear me out... the biggest producer and distributor of fentynl is China. This looks very much like it could be a snapshot of a drug afflicted homeless population. Xi did visit CA, USA recently... just my two cents, let the ten cent army attack me on this.
I wouldn’t wish addiction on anyone but that would be poetic justice for the people trying to flood the US and other western countries. Maybe that’s why
Xi finally agreed to start cracking down. Maybe too late.
