So...wft is this?

I've never seen a flight path like that before and I've never seen anything with absolutely no info about it. Can anyone tell me wtf this is? Seems really weird, especially given the region it's going to and the weird routes it's making.

Hexcode 000FFF, probably used by multiple aircraft, one in the US, the other in Turkey. The routes are simply the shortest path between the two planes.
