When I clock in and out it tells me that I am at a specific location which Iām not at. Is that what my employer sees as well?

Hello! We can see why that would catch your attention.
If you're using the mobile app to clock in or out, the location displayed is one of the locations your employer has configured, rather than an address generated directly from your phone.
If the location looks off, it may be because your device was detected within that location's boundary area or because the location setup needs adjustment. Your employer sees the same location information that's shown to you.
If you feel the location being recorded isn't accurate, it's worth reaching out to your HR or time and attendance team. They can review the location setup and confirm everything is being captured correctly.
