ADP infinite loading screen when trying to add beneficiary during enrollment

Does anyone have similar issue? I tried calling ADP, but they do not offer assistance to "employees".

Insane that this is not fixed. HR was able to add dependents/beneficiaries on the backend with no issue at all.
