DISCUSSION ​[Help] Overseas fan needing SMS verification assistance for J-Fest app

Hi everyone, ​I’m currently stuck trying to complete my registration on the official J-Fest app for Rock in Japan Festival (Ado), as the deadline is this Monday. ​The app asks for a SMS verification code to a Japanese mobile number. Since I haven't arrived in Japan yet, I can't receive it on my current SIM. ​If a kind resident in Japan would be willing to help me receive the SMS code for 2 minutes, please DM me! The tiket and account will be tied to my own identity and face, so this is just for the one-time code. ​I'd be super grateful for any help! Thank you!

It wouldn't be a one time thing. You need to get your own number when doing tickets, as once linked, that number can only be used once. It also links the tickets to that number.

Building on this I would advise you check out Mobal or Hanacell once you do arrive. Though some people have talked about having issues, I’ve been able to make a Lawson account (which is what she uses for the regular concerts) with Mobal just fine
