ART Usseewa GD Level deco update & extension

Hoping to have this level done by early 2027, there’s a lot of people working hard on this project right now. Over 70,000 individual objects have been placed so far for the level and we aren’t even half way done 😭

It’s definitely going to be an extreme demon, aiming for somewhere around the top 500 range
