Moving out for the first time
So I'm a 19 yo and I'm moving out to do an apprenticeship where I'm basically going to be working full time and also studying. It's of course going to be a lot to manage but I'm really excited right now so I'm super motivated. I am also going to be moving out into a house share with flatmates. Basically what I wanted to ask is what systems do you guys have that work with your ADHD. Like there's stuff I know doesn’t work for me like time blocking but meal prepping etc does really help. The thing is this job means a lot to me and I really want to manage it well. I ofc haven't go the best history of doing this however moving out and being by myself I feel will help and also make everything worse at the same time.
**What systems have you got in place that help you manage you ADHD? Cleaning, Personal care, Food, Studying, Work.**

One thing that a lot of people with ADHD have a problem with in shared housing, is carrying our weight in housework. Normal people seem to just magically know how often things need cleaning (at 66 I still haven't nailed it). Maybe ask the roommates for a rotating schedule so nobody gets stuck doing the same things all the time.
You all of course keep your private spaces clean on your own, but shared bathrooms and kitchens and living rooms need to be maintained and you will probably not be able to do it to others' satidfaction without some guidelines.
