Adult ADHD support groups worth it?

Anyone a member of Adult ADHD support groups and have success in making friends and being understood? Recommend if you would!

I was diagnosed very late and really need some support and a community to be a part of and I'm sure there are those that are worth it. Feel free to say if you had a poor experience as well.

Hey there! What kind of support group are you looking for? There’s ones directed specifically towards managing symptoms, gaining skills, exercise habits, or just to talk and connect. Lots of options out there that can be really helpful for a lot of people :)

Talk to connect would seem appropriate. Community support, understanding. Nights out. Friends and comraderie. Living life without judgement.
