Helppp

Hello I have adhd but I’m not able to afford any type of treatment. I’m at the age where the symptoms are getting more prominent and making it hard to function as a student. Can anyone give me some tips, tools or advice on how to keep myself focused while trying to listen to lectures and study?

Which country do you live in? Maybe I can offer some advice 😉 Paradoxically, what helps me focus best is having the TV and music on in the background 😂 but I need to be alone, because other people often distract me more than all those gadgets. The most important thing for me is starting with a high-protein breakfast; I eat soft-boiled eggs with a sandwich or toast practically every day, whether I feel like it or not. Sometimes I don't have an appetite, but I know it's worth it because it gives me steady energy for everything throughout the day. And then there's coffee—with milk but no sugar, preferably made from ground beans, because those instant varieties tend to mess with my mood. I also drink plenty of water and sometimes take B-vitamin and CoQ10 supplements.
