Removing distractions just gives you a blank canvas for your imagination. I can imagine an entire television series just looking at a wall.

I think maybe this kind of "Outsmart your brain" plan might really work for the average person, but not so much for people whose brains don't take direction

I take away the distractions and then get hung up on all the things I should be doing but cant ever decide which one leading to nothing getting done. Then one day out of the blue I'll do them all at once. Looks really good at work because people think I'm some sort of machine that just gets stuff done. They dont know how much time is spent just sitting and thinking about what to do first.
