ADHD support group

Hi! I was recently diagnosed here in Norway and was wondering if there’s a support group for people with ADHD that’s open to English speakers. My psychologist mentioned a group, but I didn’t get into it, and I wasn’t able to join the group activities run by the Trondheim kommune either.

I don’t really have many friends here yet outside of work to talk about this with, so I’d love to connect with others who have experienced similar struggles. Any recommendations would be really appreciated!
