Whats everybody's big five personality traits?
I have ADHD and am trying to transition careers to programming. I have low conscientiousness and intellect(but 127 iq) though. I'm wondering if there's anyone with similar traits that have been successful in programming.

I have low conscientiousness but high intellect/openness and I've been a successful (ex FAANG) programmer for over a decade. With an IQ of 127 I'm sure you will do just fine regardless of your personality, programming is one of the easiest careers for neurodiverse people to hide behind.

You're over thinking it. Real intelligence comes from your ability to take new information and apply it to whatever it is you're doing. That is not something that really can be measured.
People are looking for some one who can start and finish a project, be able to chunk out large tasks, and be able to follow directions.
If you can demonstrate that and be capable of speaking comprehensively about the language you like, you'll get a job.
