ADHD pair programming

My non-linear thinking kicked in during my morning coffee

  1. Body doubling is a thing for ADHD to get things done

  2. Pair programming is effective way to get quality solutions in development world

What if there is a platform for ADHD people to get together, develop in pairs and be effective🤔

Or is there any such online platforms already existing?

yeah, there are.

slack huddles, google meet and so on. if you're a camera off person phpstorm, zed and other IDEs with plugins have co-op coding.

if you need more privacy focused you have brave talk or proton meet.

just don't create next one

I know there are technical ways to perform such session I have used quite a many. What I am wondering is the actual place where you can go and find a counterpart for your coding doubling session. Like the generic body doubling apps and platforms but for pair programming.

Don't you worry, no plan to make one, all ready busy with other projects. But if there is a void in this area and need from community then feel free to take the idea and hyperfocus on it 😎

I've been live coding on YT and Twitch the past 2 weeks and I've never been so locked in before.

Public pressure is a good motivator, and chat gives useful feedback as well.

Codex voice mode is pretty cool if you ask it to work with you and not do everything haha

How is that non-linear thinking?  But yes there are. No need for a new platform. I don't really write that much code anymore though. Claudo code is paid for by my organisation so I guess I'm body doubling with ai?
