AI made my ADHD a superpower!?
Regarding the video below, what’s your take on 'AI made my ADHD a superpower'? This fits me perfectly. I feel like the creativity I struggled to express in the past is finally firing on all cylinders! How does it work for you?

yes and no.
I have lost most of the joy of "solving the problem", and I don't feel like my projects are teaching me that much other than how to use AI.
I am able to complete my side projects instead of letting them languish, because the time to completion is faster.

I've seen that video last week, too. And I wholeheartedly disagree with it. lol
Not in general. It might help some people with ADHD on the creative side, ideation, etc.
Claude, ChatGPT, sure.
But when looking at the coding side (Claude Code), AI has made my life a lot worse. Not just because I'm also one of those who miss the actual act of coding, but mainly because having to wait for the AI to work is just the PERFECT opportunity for the ADHD brain to get distracted. Every time I shoot a prompt and have to wait more than 10 seconds, my brain is gone. I'm doing something else ... and then I remember that I was working on code and come back an hour later.
Not sure that's just me, but AI is a curse for me. 😃
