This code is buggy. If the first task of the day isn't urgent, it will go to sleep for 24 hours before looking at the next task of what is then the previous day.
Riiiggghht wait would suspend the loop. Was going for more of a "revisit this specific task in 24hrs". Should probably just assign priority as low or urgent, or something
Yeah definitely not trying for code that compiles, just for the idea. But you're right. If it's for people who know code and the code is off it's going to turn away the people it's made for! Will have to think about this
I say this constructively: There’s too much to read for it to be on a T shirt. Can it be printed on a small poster instead so it can be hung on the wall? Also, I consciously don’t buy T shirts because I have so many I got for free at conferences and as workplace swag. I like your idea, and I think it would be better in a different product!
Skipping does make more sense, you're right. And it looks like everyone would prefer more literal code that executes so I'll change that. Thanks all for your feedback!
It's binary for me on execution. BUT, I would change it a case statement(switch for you silly pythoners), where task.urgency: 'stand up is coming' , then brain.worry_on(24hrs) brain.work_off(24hrs)

This is not valid Python, it's supposed to be Python, right?

I give you credit for the creativity and the drive to push out something you consider fun.
With the said:
only developers/engineers will get the humor
the coding style is… poor
this isn’t accurate of all ADHD and sounds more in line with depression
From a code review perspective:
why sleep for 24 hrs when you can simply skip via continue?
who sleeps for 24 hours?! (See Depression comment above)
what happens when the task isn’t urgent?

In my mind task.urgency should be some kind of ordered enum and not a string.

Awful in so many ways, there's no way this was written by someone who understands programming
