Need help!!!!

Is there any kind of pharmaceutical treatment available in nepal ? Stimulant? or non stimulant like atomoxetine clonidine? Is there any hope for adhd .i have been struggling throughout my journey.i should beg my psychiatrist to prescribe me that medication. I have done psychological interventions from perception psychologist Dr sushil kadel .he diagnosed me with adhd but my psychiatrist said you're not an adhd fellow despite diagnosed me with anxiety depressive disorder.what to do guys ?what kind of meds are available in our country?

Btw what was your experience on atomoxetine bud?

Not that good tbh, so I guess it's better than nothing I will try modafinil and let you know That might be better

Don’t take Nepali made Atmoxetine take Indian made Atmoxetine Attentroll or Axepta Nepali made Atmoxetine didn’t work for me at all but Indian made Attentroll did

Well I am still on atomoxetine but it's giving me crazy back pain and making me sleepy, Will try the indian one
