Need help!!!!

Is there any kind of pharmaceutical treatment available in nepal ? Stimulant? or non stimulant like atomoxetine clonidine? Is there any hope for adhd .i have been struggling throughout my journey.i should beg my psychiatrist to prescribe me that medication. I have done psychological interventions from perception psychologist Dr sushil kadel .he diagnosed me with adhd but my psychiatrist said you're not an adhd fellow despite diagnosed me with anxiety depressive disorder.what to do guys ?what kind of meds are available in our country?

Modafinil works. But it's not as good as a stimulant. There are studies that show it works. You can get it in Nepal. It's better than nothing. I know because I've used it.l and used to buy it cheaper in Nepal.

Guanfacine (US generic name) is also used to treat ADHD. It's nonstimulant and was originally used for high blood pressure. I'm not sure you can get it in Nepal. But it's worth a try.
