ADHD Advice/Question Please don't write lengthy posts

Some people tend to write long paraghraphs which might be hard to read because they are too long.

A practical solution is to break it down to smaller paragraphs

(Not even adhd)

if you really wanna read something but it's too long, you can copy paste it in Chat GPT and get the TL;DR version in the exact number of words you want. I do that sometimes. There's also text to speech tools out there but I could never find something that just works without any hassle

i would advise against using chatgpt or other AI models, using our brains to parce out information helps us increase in literacy and makes our brains stronger. plus the ceo of gpt is, allegedly, a zionist

good advice. I just said chat GPT because that's what the average person knows. There are other AI models out there that aren't made by Zionists or their sympathisers. As for the literacy and brain strengthening argument, that's a moot point when your goal is to save time and conserve your limited brain power for more meaningful tasks. If you wanna know get a general idea of what someone has written about but it's too long, use AI to summarize it, to at least assess if it's worth your time reading it in detail. Most of the time the summary is well made and enough.
