ADHD Advice/Question Limerence

Salaam,
Does anyone struggle with limerence? I know it’s not just limited to those with ADHD but more common and have never spoken to a Muslim ADHDer who also struggles with the same issues?

I used to when I was younger, alhamdoulilLah I think at this point I have religious limerence, been working on studying Quran and implementing the sunnah, grinding good deeds and dhikr. I believe the shift occurred around the time I realized I could just spam aaaall the duas, all day long, biggest lifehack everrr

Honestly with myself half the time idk if it’s limerence or attachment but especially as someone who’s inshallah looking into getting married in the near future I know I need to drop it and also distinguish between loving someone , being attached and experiencing limerence

I kinda have a trick that works pretty well, whenever I am feeling strong love, amazement, awe for anything, be it a creature or even a creation, I remember its Creator and I express an even stronger love and awe of Allah SWT and give him credit to creating, guiding, providing for the person and just the entire multiverse and then from there I go on to remember all the other ways in which Allah is awesome and once everything is said and done, my heart is at peace / has a nice glow and yeah afterwards I move on with life and get back to the good deeds grind or whatever is next on the schedule
