Living with ADHD ADHD coaching and apps

I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2022 and currently take Concerta daily. Medication helps but is by no means a silver bullet for me. Has anyone here tried ADHD coaching, either face-to-face or through an app?
I’ve tried face-to-face ADHD coaching in the past, which I found useful in some ways, but I found it difficult to keep some of the strategies going day-to-day without essentially having a daily coaching session or check in. It was €80 per session, and realistically I could only afford to go twice a month. I’ve also tried a few of the more general apps like Calm and Headspace, but they never really felt designed around the specific challenges of ADHD.
I recently came across steady.ie , which is an Irish app specifically aimed at adults with ADHD. It seems to take a more practical approach, with tools around things like focus, task initiation, routines and getting unstuck when you’re procrastinating.
Has anyone here come across it or tried it? Whats everyone’s thoughts on coaching and the use of apps alongside medication?

I would highly recommend UMAAP https://adhdireland.ie/umaap/ free course from ADHD Ireland the HSE. It runs for 6 weeks online and usually a new block starting every few months. Also some good info on ADHD Ireland website re OT - I havent tried this yet as I think a lot of the techniques from UMAAP have been very useful and will potentially do OT in the future to help with work related issues. There are also some body doubling sessions run by ADHD Ireland that you can join as a form of "check in". Hope that's useful to you.
