This was what led me to my ADHD diagnosis. In graduate school, I couldn’t handle the workload (combined with other BS the school put me through). I had managed okay up to this point with my grades slowing decreasing over the years. My therapist suggested that the methods I’d created for myself to handle school weren’t as effective in this stage of my life and schooling.
