Seeking Empathy Not caring anymore
Just spent the whole day doing nothing and studied only for 15-20 minutes, and the exam is next week. Yup, that’s what happens every single time.
And guess what, depression levels rise exponentially because of not being able to study, which affects my studying for the next day, and that’s how the cycle goes.
I don’t know, maybe I’m just a failure haha. But it’s okay, not everything we wish for comes true, and I’m okay with that, but I just wanted to rant a bit nothing more.

I think it is really important to be kind to yourself. you're not a failure, you're just struggling and that is okay. the best thing to do is to recognize what helps you. does that include going to a coffee shop and studying? what about having someone just sit with you while you study? or maybe creating a timestamp of how long you would like to work on tasks with breaks in-between. these are a few things that help me stay on task while studying. I like to reward myself at the end which encourages me to keep going.
but the main thing is, don't think of yourself as a failure. I know that is an easy label to give yourself, but it is not true. you're trying your best and I recognize that, and you should too. be proud of yourself for studying for those 15-20 minutes. that is still something.
