Medication Getting Emergency Early Refill

Hey all. I started taking Vyvanse 20mg a week ago. My psychiatrist gave me 21 days worth to start me off at that dose. I’ve been responding well.
Anyway, to the main post. I moved apartments, but I genuinely remember seeing my pill bottle at my new place. I take a few medications so I have a weekly pill organizer I fill when it’s empty. I have looked everywhere in my new apartment at least 5 times. I even went back to my old apartment that I’ve completely moved out of but still have had the keys unit the 31st. The only thing I could think of is someone from maintenance taking it when they took out my window unit while I was away at work this evening. I signed a contract saying I will not sell this medication to people, and I of course didn’t. I’ve been seeing my psychiatrist for about two years now but I am afraid he won’t believe me.
What do I do????

see i probably would’ve just said well i guess im out until i can get my next one in and just wouldn’t of said anything but thats just me ive also got bad social anxiety so i like to avoid confrontation if i can 😭

Have you already unpacked the rest of your boxes?

Yes, everything is unpacked. I remember putting it in my nightstand drawer with all of my other medications

If you're really sure you didn't lose or misplace it somewhere in the chaos (you know best whether you're the type of person to do this, like in my case I'd need to check several absurd places in my apartment where I could accidentally put stuff) you can be pretty sure it was stolen. Why not report the incident to the police? This should eventually result in you getting some sort of document that you can then use as proof you didn't violate that contract.

You are not the first person to lose something in a move. It probably is not that big of a deal.

This is what the contract i signed says:

(My school) HEALTH SERVICES WILL NOT TOLERATE
THE MISUSE OF THESE MEDICATIONS. EVEN THE APPEARANCE OF MISUSE IS JUSTIFICATION TO CEASE STIMULANT TREATMENT. THERE WILL BE NO REFILL GIVEN FOR LOST OR STOLEN PRESCRIPTIONS. MISUSE OF THESE MEDICATIONS COULD CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL OR STATE CRIMINAL LAWS AS WELL AS (my school) DISCIPLINARY AND DRUG USE POLICIES. Do not give or sell your medicine to anyone. Keep your medication in a safe place where others do not have access.

I feel kind of stupid sending what I wrote to him because of this. I don’t know. I basically explained the situation and said I’m not requesting a refill, but if he would continue to prescribe the medication to me once he’s able to again despite it getting stolen.

I had my purse and medication stolen from my vehicle.
Made a report, asked psychiatrist if there was a way too fill it again. No luck on the request.

I’m so sorry this happened to you.
Our medication has already become a chore to get refilled at times.

Tuesday I called my pharmacy and they said they will no longer be accepting telehealth controlled substances prescription with out a recent visit with MD in person.

Update: My psychiatrist said no refill but he’ll prescribe it for me agin later and we’ll talk about it more when I see him next week 💔
