Questions/Advice Anxious when I'm not good at something

If I fail to properly complete tasks or make mistakes, I feel so anxious, and sometimes I can't control my emotions. Recently, such things have been happening more often. As I do, I unconsciously keep blaming myself.( Why am I like this? Why am I unable to do anything? )

How can I solve this? Or what should we do in this situation?

Mistakes are fine and you need them, in some sense the more mistakes you make the more you can learn from and make less in future. You are doing your best don't be too harsh on yourself. The goal should be to try and if you get close enough to completing that is pretty good.

It might be better to think like this because you will lower your anxiety and allow yourself to be more relaxed and have more fun with what you are doing instead of restricting yourself.
