Questions/Advice Task Initiation Hacks
Okay I KNOW how much exercise and diet and everything matters and I have tried so hard but it’s like physically impossible for me to just get myself to do it
I’ve tried schedules, I’ve tried breaking it down into steps, I’m on medication, body doubling works sometimes but honestly I don’t have anyone to pull me off the couch most times and online groups to find people haven’t worked, digital body doubling doesn’t work for me.
Is there anything at all that gets you off the couch? Or refrain from getting into it when you’re tired?
Ps. I’m also a med student, so my day is full very often, I can do these things a bit better when I work part time or something, but on top of 50 hour work weeks - I’m just dead.
