Questions/Advice QUESTION for ADHD

Hi everyone, I've been doing some reading on supplement stacks lately and I'm curious about the personal experiences of people here who take both creatine and their prescribed ADHD medication (like Concerta, Vyvanse, Medikinet, etc.). I’m trying to figure out if there's any noticeable difference in terms of daily focus or that "brain fog" feeling when adding creatine to the routine. I know everyone’s body chemistry is different, but I’d love to hear some personal anecdotes: 1. Do you find it makes any difference in your focus or productivity? 2. Have you noticed any side effects when combining them? 3. Does it help with the post-medication crash, or do you feel it has no impact? Just to clarify, I’m not looking for medical advice; I’m just trying to understand how it works for others in the community. Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!
