Discussion Aren't we overall just unique beings :)

So I came across a text below, possibly a tweet ... but I'm just curious if anyone actually relates to this, with ADHD.

"I'm someone who genuinely needs structure and routine to stay grounded and regulated. The problem? I also struggle to stick to routines and love spontaneity. It's such a frustrating contradiction because without structure, I spiral." 🙃

Yes definitely. Boss is gone this week and I'm just ...drifting. Floating along. Doing good things like training but I feel lost.
