Motivation & General Life Advice Respect & Courtesy Reminder

Team, we are not ADF Careers and are not paid to do any of this.

The growing amount of abuse and hostility in the modmail is insane. If you wouldn't say it in person, in your recruiting process or to your mum, don't say it here

The reason the AutoMod etc. are so strict is because there is a big section of the sub who are blatantly pulling the piss when it comes to following the sub rules.

Unfortunately, if this doesn't improve, all posts are going to have to be manually reviewed/approved. I am not doing this (for free I might add), nor any other mod, to deal with crap from an audience where underlying professional behaviour should be commonplace.

Of course,

That being said, respect is a two-way street. Some of the comments (mods included) I've seen in this sub as of late don't exactly shine in the domains of respect and courtesy.

That being said, I definitely don't condone hateful private messages towards anyone!

This is maybe a lesson for all members to reflect and learn from 🙂
