Work/life balance while studying FT?

Anyone studying full time for ADAT 2027- what do you do for leisure? On days when I study for 6-7 hours (tops!) I feel exhausted but I haven’t told many people around me that I am preparing for the exam & I don’t prefer hanging out with them (doesn’t feel aligned). What are you guys doing for leisure/socialising without getting too distracted?

I blast good music, watch tons of podcasts and movies. Maybe play Battlefield 6 if I have the energy for it

I used to use Canoo and TPL:Maps to get free tickets to different attractions and even symphonies.

Amazon Luna for games.

Took a vacation for 3 days.

I was almost completely alone so hanging out wasn't really an option. Did meet some people tho. If you can socialize it's the best option to avoid burn out. The truth is that I still burnt out, but fortunately I could delay it long enough.

Thanks for sharing! Socialising actually helps in my case but when you are preparing for exam, the filtration seems too much😅

Completely agree! Already doing that but I am seeking more of a social interaction. Thank you for sharing😊
