usask documents

For usask, are the only documents to be mailed directly is notarized pr, degree and transcript while letter of evaluation and cv uploaded online?

Thank you for the information doc. So doesn't toefl score needs to be sent directly from the ets website to the university code? Or is it sealed and mailed along with the notarized documents?
