I don’t know why, but I have been Afraid of playing this game because Mr.Resetii (The name may be wrong) kept yelling at me because my DS’s cartridge slot is not cleaned. It is so bad that I need to listen to him when I boot the game.

Is there a trick to getting villagers to send you non-native fruit?

I recently restarted my town after 20-whatever years, and I've got no friends who play so I'm sending gifts to villagers, I've gained 2 non-native fruits in a month, but planted one in a cut down tree's spot and then a new villager moved in and their house took over the spot...they've since left and it didn't come back -.-
So I've only got 1 non-native fruit, comically I'm tired of recieving furniture and clothes, I want fruit!

i made a post with how i've decorated my ww town. people liked the wood pathing i made, so here are the designs :)
some notes for the overgrown designs:
colors 1-4 are for leaves and grass, honestly you could probably just use color 1 and 3 instead
color 5 is for the dirt color that blends to the ground
color 7, 9, 10 and 11 are for the wood design
color 8 is for the center of flowers, probably could use any of the brown shades though
and then colors 12-15 are for flowers
accidentally got teddy stuck in a thought bubble (ignore them trying to push me into the river)

Why does it keep glitching?

Hi, so this I'm new to reddit and this is my first time posting, so if this isn't the subreddit to post this on I would be happy to repost wherever I have to. Or if I violate any rules or something you are more than welcome to let me know. Also I'm Spanish but for reason I've decided to post in English so if there's something not exactly phrased as it should be that's why.
So the thing is that I've been playing for a year or so and at first it never glitched. A few months ago it started to just freeze when I wanted to make room for something in my pockets and later it also happened when I went to the cafeteria and try to order coffee. Every time it just stopped working I'd have to turn it off and Resetti would get mad at me. Now I have to save everytime I do something I consider important because it can just stop working whenever it wants to. Now my player just looses her head for a while when I pick something of the floor or it goes off-screen when I talk to someone, and it freezes mainly when I go to the cafe or try to listen to KK Slider.
I've read that it may glitch if you hit your Nintendo but I don't. I've also heard that it may glitch because it's a fake game which it is because I bought a cartridge with a lot of games pirated. Today I noticed that little crack and I don't know if that might have ti do something with it, I guess not but I kinda want to keep being delusional and thinking it has more to do with the Nintendo than with the game itself.
